I remember relying so much on Google Reviews when I first chose to move here two years ago, and there wasn't one negative one on here then. Well, the neighborhood has changed a lot, and I've since edited this review that was pretty positive before. I had a pretty good move-in experience. She is the most infuriating bully, who relies on her "high up" connections to get away with outrageous behavior. I dont think s... read more

Over the past year, the maintenance team been quick in responding to work orders. Mike, in particular, has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to help us on multiple occasions.

Any issues I have ever had living here the management team has gone beyond their normal scope to ensure it was dealt with promptly. I would recommend Park Place/Hillcrest to anyone looking for a nice apartment with staff who actually listen when you have feedback/any issues :)
