Dr. Donaldson and his team are wonderful. He is an outstanding surgeon and physician. His bedside manner is so reassuring and competent. He listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. Never rushed. I send my family and friends here. He performed my daughter’s tonsillectomy and gave her relief after years of her struggling with pain and discomfort. Dr. Donaldson and the whole team have always treated me very professionally and kindly. I had an incident in their building, and despite not having anything to do with it directly, they were very helpful. Dr. Donaldson's bedside manner is 5/5 stars and he has a way of explaining the issue, treatment, and recovery process in a very digestible way. Front office staff is courteous and friendly as well. Strongly recommend.
I had an accident at work which resulted in my nose getting damaged. I was referred to see Dr. Donaldson at Hillcrest ENT by my workers comp. Making appointments were a breeze, and the receptionists and nurses were all happy and polite. Dr. Donaldson was a caring, straight-forward doctor who completely fixed my nose with septorhinoplasty. I came here for ringing in my ear and had a very positive experience. All other doctors were booking a month out, and I got in here the next day! The receptionist was very kind and polite. I do not remember the nurses name, but she was so kind and sweet to me. She went above and beyond to help me and showed a lot of compassion. The doctor was also very nice and prescribed me medicine to help. I left here extremely satisfied and I look forward to my future appointments here.
Unfortunately I can not recommend this place. Yes, the doctor was nice, and I was told a sleep test would be ordered. Yes, I know it always has to go thru the insurance first, so I waited 2 to 3 weeks, and since I didn't hear anything from them, I called and had to leave a voicemail. I later got a call to let me know it was still pending, so I waited 2 to 3 more weeks and had to call again and was told still nothing.
