I am thrilled with the office staff and of Dr. Odette. I have had bad experiences with dentist/ oral surgeons in the past and was very apprehensive to get an appointment anywhere. I am so glad I made the appointment with this office . My surgery went great and we are working on a plan to get my teeth in the best condition. So happy with this office and Dr. Odette.
I would like to leave a 10/5 stars rating for Dr. Justin Odette. The office is within 5 miles of my home, and parking by their front door was more than ample for an 81-year-old non-athletic woman. The office was lovely, bright, clean and comfortable. Rachel, the receptionist was very organized, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant, as were Jennifer and Alexa in accounting, Kelsey, the technician, and Azriell the patient care coordinator. Dr. Odette and his staff are wonderful. They took the time to explain the procedure before my surgery. Their kindness and smiles helped lessen my anxiety. Surgery went well and I’m on the mend. I would definitely recommend Dr. Odette and his team.
The ENTIRE team at Hilton Head Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery are very, very professional but more importantly are kind and truly care. I was put at ease from the very beginning as Dr. Justin Odette took the time to thoroughly explain the process, reexplain and still answer all of my questions! Dr. Odette was able to see me within 24 hours and pulled an infected tooth with sedation. All good and never had to use the pain meds he prescribed
