I honestly don’t understand how Hire-A-Maid has such high ratings after the experience I had. Before booking, I spent over half an hour on the phone explaining my home in detail and exactly what I needed cleaned. I was assured that two cleaners would be sent and that they would split the work into two shifts. I was also specifically told that if one cleaner called in sick, they had plenty of staff available to cover the shift, so there would be no issue. I’ve had consistently great experiences with Hire a Maid. The team is reliable, friendly, and does a really thorough job — my place always feels fresh and spotless afterward, especially considering our household has a teenager plus a 100-pound puppy. I also really appreciate how accommodating they are whenever I need to change my schedule. They’re easy to deal with and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone in Toronto looking for a dependable cleaning service.
Hire A Maid consistently provides great service. We’ve tried a few different cleaning services over the years, and this one stands out by far. Angela, our regular cleaner, is fantastic and always takes such great care of our home, including thoughtful touches like neatly folded toilet paper and little seasonal details. Jessica filled in for us today and did an amazing job, everything looked spotless and she even arranged our child’s stuffies, which was such a lovely surprise. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Hire a Maid! The cleaner they sent, Julia, was prompt, professional and overall really pleasant! She made sure all of my particular requests we met, and worked tirelessly the entire time she was here. She didn’t even take a break once! I would definitely use Higher a Maid again.
Recently hired the team for a deep clean of our entire upper level (think baseboard and bedrooms, a washroom used solely buy young boys - yuck - and a deep clean of our kitchen). The team was quick, thorough, and focused. They were lovely to have in our home. They even shared kindness towards our very vocal resident security guard (our dog). I would 100% hired again and recommend for anyone that needs the help!
