As a Registered Nurse - Joe and his team have been extremely helpful when it comes to ordering the proper supplies for our clients. Their responsiveness is excellent and turnaround time is prompt .
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m a nurse and I ordered supplies for one of my patients and the lady on the phone was very rude and the supplies were very low quality. Do not and I can’t emphasize this enough do not order from this place.
H&J provided me with a hospital bed and wheelchair when I came home from a rehab center because of a complication from surgery. I will urge anyone who ever has to deal with this situation to try to work with them. With the stress and uncertainty confronted from paralysis, the one thing that I realized afterwards, was how smoothly this company handled my needs. The office staff and the delivery technicians couldn’t be more patient, caring, and helpful. I am fortunate to have had a wonderful experience with H&J.
I had a wonderful experience! I needed a hospital bed for my mother through Medicare. Anna went above and beyond, she took care of everything for me and did it all very quickly. My mom is so happy with her bed. I would highly recommend H & J Supplies!
I was passing by when I decided to see if this shop would get approval for some medical items I needed. Maria took my information and called up the insurance company (without my prescriptions at hand) whilst I waited in the mean time. She knew that other medical supply shop in oyster bay (don’t ever visit) had lost my prescription and also knew my frustration as the people who worked in that were not willing too help.
