I donated a hospital bed with all the equipment plus a bed alarm and pampers and a wheel chair. They setup a pickup appointment on the phone; the drivers called me when they were on their way. They move quickly but we're very careful and considerate not to damage the property or the ideas. Terri
As a Registered Nurse - Joe and his team have been extremely helpful when it comes to ordering the proper supplies for our clients. Their responsiveness is excellent and turnaround time is prompt .
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m a nurse and I ordered supplies for one of my patients and the lady on the phone was very rude and the supplies were very low quality. Do not and I can’t emphasize this enough do not order from this place.
The driver/delivery person, Pritesh,j was outstanding. He arrived on time, offered to demonstrate the device, and carry it from the truck to the house.
