I donated a hospital bed with all the equipment plus a bed alarm and pampers and a wheel chair. They setup a pickup appointment on the phone; the drivers called me when they were on their way. They move quickly but we're very careful and considerate not to damage the property or the ideas. Terri
The driver/delivery person, Pritesh,j was outstanding. He arrived on time, offered to demonstrate the device, and carry it from the truck to the house.
My mother has a wheelchair from this company and they resolved my issue in five minutes Brent was the technician who came to where my mother is living and I’m very satisfied with this company.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m a nurse and I ordered supplies for one of my patients and the lady on the phone was very rude and the supplies were very low quality. Do not and I can’t emphasize this enough do not order from this place.
