Fantastic!!.. I've been using the CPAP now for about 9 to 10 days.. Very easy to set up and very easy to use.. I sleep better and feel better thanks to the way Alex explained everything it is a super positive experience.. And the app helps a lot as well, Just like Alex told me it would.. Thanks Alex!!
Called many places. Every company I called were so unhelpful and not interested in helping me get a cpap machine. Until I called this company. Eddie was so nice on the phone and he transferred me to Alex who was also so nice. I actually went to the warehouse in Davie where Alex explained everything and helped me get my machine. The experience went so smoothly and without a doubt I give them ten stars plus!
Great experience at HME Medical. First time there. The helpful sales associate gave me great directions even though Google maps was taking me on an alternate route that didn't make sense. Once I arrived the sales associate was super helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get the equipment that I needed.
Alex was an outstanding technician! He was very helpful. I was able to make an appointment to have my CPAP diagnosed very quickly. I highly recommend HME medical in Davi, Florida!
