Good luck renting at this place, i literally had the storage only 1 week and had all my personal items and valuables stolen right out of my storage. Now they’re giving me a hard time and they don’t want to make it right.Update### They did contact me and only gave me 80 dollars of the $5,000 of stolen property saying they couldn’t and weren’t responsible for break ins at there facility. Be aware of these crooks and watch your belongings very carefully..
I've been a customer for a couple of years now at the beginning everything seemed well and situated with the units now I’ve been having to deal with an unmaintained storage for a leak. The management there keeps giving me the run around and their best resolution is to move all my stuff to another unit.
Good service very helpful, storage was clean and ready to move in and the move out process is really easy. And the prices are very reasonable. The storage’s are more outside of Hobbs which I personally prefer
I was impressed of how easy all the online process was and the support from the customer service department. I did everything in front of the facility gate and I was downloading my stuff in the storage in after less than 10 minutes.
