My air conditioner was not working because i tried to hook up a new thermostat. The technician told me it would be $1,800 for a new zone panel plus I needed a new thermostat. He said he would bypass the old zone panel that I supposedly "burnt out" and he got the air working again. I called a different company and they said there was nothing wrong with my zone panel and hooked it back up for an $80 charge. Everything works great no thanks to Hoffman.
