John Tapia and the entire team that handled our roof installation did a great job. John, stayed in touch the entire time checking in, and keeping us updated. The roofing team was fast, friendly, and did an amazing job from start to clean up. I couldn't even tell that any work had been done, except for the beautiful new roof on my house! I really appreciate how smooth and professional the whole experience was. Huge thanks to John Tapia and the whole team for going above and beyond.

Saved My Claim! Excellent Roof Quality and Rep Communication. Holden Roofing did a great job replacing our entire roof. We were especially impressed with their claim expertise. When our insurance initially rejected the claim, our Rep seamlessly guided us to an independent appraiser who got it approved. The quality of the materials and installation looks very good, though we're waiting for a real test rain. My Rep's communication was excellent. Tony Chiarle, our rep., was pleasant to deal with. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us navigate every step of the way. The instillation team was quick, efficient, respectful, and clean. I would highly recommend their services. This is the second time we’ve used them and for good reason.

Last week the Holden Roofing Company in Richmond, Texas replaced the roof on our house and garage. We worked with Stan Stark at Holden from start to finish . He assured us Holden would have the job completed in one or two days, by a skilled and competent crew, and all old and new material would be cleaned up before they left. When last year's hurricane hit, my roof was severely damaged, and what followed was a long and stressful insurance claim process. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Mr. Stan Stark from Holden Roofing. He didn't just give me an estimate and disappear; he was a partner throughout the entire ordeal. Stan Stark is so knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. If there was a rating of 100 he would receive even a higher score! I highly recommend Holden roofing and I have told everyone if they need a roof repair to call Mr Stark. Unfortunately my insurance company did not assist like they should have after a tornado and hurricane hit my neighborhood in 2024. Stan was a great salesman and the quality of materials used was far superior to what other contractors in the Galveston, TX area bid. The crew that came out to do the work was excellent all round. They worked safe and fast. Protected the ground below the roof very well and clean up was far better than expected. I be using Holden for future projects!
