I’ve lived here since 2012. All in all I guess I’ve been fortunate to not had any bad experience. I’ve had my share of neighbors in my first apartment. Couldn’t remember how many different people moved in out from the one. There are some that are more wild. If at any time you don’t feel safe I would suggest talking to the manager. Mike is very friendly and helpful. He will do whatever he needs to make your stay better. I’ve been blessed with some wonderful neighbors.
I grew up in Hollypoint. It's always going to be home for me.
I live there its amazing place the manager mike is very nice and helpful the maintenance man is very helpful and nice they made it a great neighborhood and safe. Im greatful they give me and my sons a nice place to live and safe.
Friendly managment , well maintenced and kept up. Highly recommend anyone to rent from them.
