Thankfully never gave them my license info. Tried charging me $200 for cancelled appointments when it was their fault! They denied the 1st appeal when their system made the mistake, and scheduled me twice the same day! Received automated texts for 2 different times. When I was NOT available. The 2nd time was when I canceled the service due to their lack of accountability. Current clients BEWARE and give as little info to them as possible.
I enjoyed meeting my therapist, she is wonderful!! However, the waiting room didn't have anyone to greet you and take your DL/Insurance information as stated in the welcome note they sent. The therapist came to the waiting room looking for her next client (there were 3 of us in the waiting room) this being my first time, I didn't recognize her. So I had to ask what her name was. Holly is a very comfortable person. She is kind. She listens well and asks good thoughtful questions. I look forward to more sessions with her on my path to healing and self care.
