Holly is a nice enough person as she should be in her profession. As a patient, I am a nice person myself. I rely on Holly to give me results of my blood test and be aware of my results. Her job to give me results is just normal. I don’t know how that makes her an exceptional person. She was confused about a lot of things. I think that Holly is way overrated and given too much credit for just doing her job as she is being paid to do. She has very limited listening skills to what I had told her more than twice. I didn’t mind doing it because anybody can have a bad day. But even after telling her, she still didn’t get it right. Tried to contact her on her number provided number that was sent to my email.
