Great place to unload. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they do a great job getting you in and out quickly. The bathrooms and break room are clean, and the snack machines are always stocked. The team clearly takes their work seriously. They’re careful while unloading and never leave a mess in the trailer. They also make sure not to bump the walls or damage the floors, which really matters when it’s your own trailer. Be aware of this place, you need an appointment to get unloaded but it is first come first serve. I had to wait 2 hours to get the door after checked in, then almost 3 hours to get unloaded. Checked in 9:35 am checked out 14:12. I was patient waiting but we get worry about the time running so fast. By the way, the staff were friendly explaining me about that they have no enough room was the reason why it took so long. Really nice people can’t complaint about them. I went to Hollywood Feed in Jonesboro, AR., talked with the Asst Manager about your company making a donation of a puppy crate or dog bed for a school auction we are having to auction off a doodle puppy. She said of course, no problem. Seemed excited to help at the time. I even told the school Hollywood Feed had agreed to help. They would be glad to do something. Been coming here for years. Since new owners took over, it has GONE TO SHIT!!! No other trucks here and been in a dock for more than an hour, and still not unloading yet...🤦🤦🤦
