I can say that Holy City is without a doubt truly a blessing to the community! The staff is phenomenal, and Karen P. bedside manner is exquisite. They made me feel safe, well attended to and made sure that all my questions were answered before I left. Folks, if you are underinsured, as many of us are now days due to economic factors, please take the time to check them out. Thank you Holy City and the staff in West Ashley clinic!
Excellent professional service from the time I entered and exited the building. The receptionists both greeted me, they saw I was in distress and assured me everything will be fine. The nurse was also caring and professional in that she made sure I was ok and my BP wasn’t putting me at risk. The professionalism overflowed onto the doctor. This practice was extremely unprofessional. My husband needed to obtain his son’s medical records for court. He tried calling many times and was always told different things by different people. After awhile of trying, the owner of the practice contacted him and told him he was “badgering his employees”, and to stop calling, yet no one had given him a solid answer or tried to help. He never spoke rudely to anyone or badgered anyone. He was told he would receive his son’s records within a month, and then they were never sent.... read more
Highly recommend. My husband was extremely pleased with the care he received today. He was taken back right away. He felt he was heard (so often doctors don't even bother to listen), and those who cared for him were kind, caring, and knowledgeable.
Terrible experience I called in tonight feb 29th 2024, at 7:45 to see if they could do an x-ray and asked if we could come and walk in that we were near by since my mom had an incident. the clinic was the closest urgent care near by. So they said Yes we could come in over the phone. And I got there at 7:58 and they said that they were done for today and had already clocked out. It wasn’t even 8 pm yet.
