The doctors themselves in office are great, service is fast but not rushed honestly I like going to them. But good luck getting any answers after you leave the office. Even through your portal. I asked about a possible treatment of something complicated and if they could even do it and all I got was a message saying to just come in. But no answer if you could actually treat the condition of if they could refer me to a doctor that would work with me kind of frustrating.
Can’t say enough good things about this place! They actually take the time to listen and genuinely care about getting you better. Also want to give great feedback on sky, the sweet girl who took my blood. I have never had someone be so gentle and make sure I was comfortable the whole time! Not even a bruise or sore after. She rocked!
Ive been going here for years whenever myself or someone in my family gets sick. Service and people are amazing and they have a great network of cash referrals.
I could not be more pleased. Fast response, very short wait, friendly and engaging customer service, and skilled and knowledgeable medical services, all with a warm, welcoming demeanor and a friendly smile. After being frustrated with MUSC for years, I wish I had tried Holy City Med a long time ago!
I can say that Holy City is without a doubt truly a blessing to the community! The staff is phenomenal, and Karen P. bedside manner is exquisite. They made me feel safe, well attended to and made sure that all my questions were answered before I left. Folks, if you are underinsured, as many of us are now days due to economic factors, please take the time to check them out. Thank you Holy City and the staff in West Ashley clinic!
