I swear holy city med has the most wonderful people in their clinics! The providers are some of the most caring and wonderful humans I've met. They always take time to listen and see that the best care is being provided to the folks who trust them with their health. Even the triage and reception staff are amazing! They are always so welcoming and have a smile when they greet you! I have been sick for over 5 weeks. Had 2 rounds of antibiotics that didn’t work. I had to ask for bloodwork which came back high white count and platelets. They know I have a trip to Mexico planned next week that I’m not going in now bc they won’t give me a stronger antibiotic. I used to love this place, but their medical care providers are not thorough at this time and costing me my trip to Mexico bc they don’t care about their patients. I wish I could rate Holy City Med way higher than a 5!! I recently had a fall and landed on my chin which required me to get stitches. Holy City Med not only got me taken care of quickly, but while I was there I felt as if they all genuinely cared about me. From the front desk, to the Medics I worked with to the PA that stitched my chin up. Every single person took care of me that night, and I cannot Thank them enough!! I highly recommend Holy City Med. What a fantastic group of people!!!
C. Passamonte worked with me my first time at Holy City Med. She was super supportive despite my overly emotional state. I 41 and had a multitude of issues going on. I'm always afraid of know it all doctors dismissing my suggestions and insight. Especially younger ones. She was so empathetic and caring. Stepping into Holy City Med with an infected knee, I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the front desk staff to the medical assistants, everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and efficient, making a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
