Unfortunately I wanted to choose this as my primary care practice, but after what I have been dealing with it is quite unprofessional. The staff is very nice in the office, but there has been no communication via the one in charge of the billing. they have not attempted to fix the incorrect billing code on my visit. I have been calling to try to follow up but to no answer. Now, my bill has become “outstanding” and the amount I owe continues to go up.
