Dr.Anaya is the BEST pediatrician Ive ever met. My first child was recommended to her and is still going after 3 years; my first born son who is now one also. She is very professional, informative and gentle with children. Makes everyone in the room feel welcome not just the children. The office staff is nice and friendly-always on top of their duties.
Was being seen for pain management. Request for a procedure in early October was denied by Medicare due to wrong info being sent. They did not inform me until the day before the procedure. They requested too many procedures which they should have known medicare would deny. I asked them to resubmit with the proper request which they told me they would do. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this doctor’s office from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, kind, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The medical assistant was friendly, professional, and clearly skilled at their job, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Warning to the public I had Dr. Buhain I saw him the beginning of October. He never said a word to me in the mail. I received the letter on December 15, saying that he is retiring and he will no longer be in this office for the next year, the letter was dated November 24.
