Shante is an outstanding phlebotomist. She drew my labs quickly and efficiently, and made the entire experience comfortable. No pain, no mess—just excellent care.

The website, along with the doctors attached, needs to be clear on what they offer. I booked an appointment for a pre-op evaluation with ekg & x-ray and was told AFTER scheduling the appointment which was mentioned to the operator, arriving/checking in with the imaging order to the receptionist, getting a physical exam before seeing the doctor, and talking to Dr. Pham (which by the way explained everything thoroughly) only to be told they don't do these type of evaluations. Dr. Ramos is compassionate and caring. She truly cares about her patients. She takes her time when seeing you and answers all your questions. The one thing I like about her office is that you can communicate with her through the electronic health record system and she will respond quickly. It also allows you to see any doctors notes, test and results, request prescription refills, etc. This is a real benefit since in most doctor's office you call in and then wait until they hunt down the doctor and sometimes it takes time f... read more
