The first doctor I saw here was Maya Lucas, and I'm so sorry she left. After that, I asked Vieris to refer me to any doctor, as I didn't know anyone else. That's how I ended up with Dr. Joya, and I'm glad I did. He's competent, attentive, and tactful. Furthermore, the entire staff is friendly and patient-focused, from Vieris and Richard, who greet you at registration, to Joseph, who's so welcoming, and all the way down to the doctors. It's also an absolutely calm and cozy place. I'm glad I came here.

Arrived at 2:15 for a 2:45 appointment and was checked in by R. Check on the status of my appointment at 3:15 and R asked that I ”hold on”. At 3:30 I was told they cannot see me today without something as simple as an apology. The front desk agent didn’t complete my check in when I arrived and, apparently, the doctor didn’t want to accommodate the clinics error. They did offer to have another physician see me the next morning at 7:45 but after having taken the afternoon off from work for this appointment, I am unable to take... read more

Terrible care. Holy Cross will not see you if you have flu like symptoms. I have Dr Robert Gyoya. I find it absurd, I spend so much money each month on health insurance and for what? These doctors don't want to be doctors anymore they want everything telehealth and they send you to Walgreens now to test yourself. Horrible place I will never come to again.

I want to begin by acknowledging the excellent care provided by the doctors. They have consistently demonstrated professionalism and expertise, which I greatly appreciate. I've been going to Holy Cross /Wilton Manors for over 12 years now. Since then my doctor retired and Holy Cross has been going through some changes . With that being said, my care from Holy Cross has remained impeccable. The front staff are still gracious and caring . The front staff make me feel my needs are just as important as the last person they took care of .
