DO NOT GO, DISHONEST, SNEAKY. Rafael (see attached) is the provider. He is a nasty, unprofessional, rude and vindictive little person. He attacks patients and mocks them while refusing to listen and talking over them. An arrogant and unkind nasty little person. And then when you indicate you’re going to complain he says “go ahead, call your senator, too.” This indicates Rafael thinks he’s untouchable and totally unaccountable for his outrageous behavior. Terrible. Went first thing on a Saturday for a sprained ankle, was told their X-Ray machine wasn't working. They gave me the addresses of three other Holy Cross facilities and told me to go there. The first two were closed on Saturday, called the third one and they were closed too. So I'm hobbling around a big hospital on a bad ankle to find the X-Ray department only to find it closed. Inexcusable, never again. We finally gave up on Holy Cross and started over with Care Spot Urgent Care which was great.

My visit at the Holy Cross Urgent Care in Pompano Beach was excellent. Colleagues were friendly and courteous The clinic was bright, clean and very well maintained. No wait time at all! Physician was very knowledgeable and spent an ample amount of time with me. I would definitely go back if needed.

If you need an urgent care location, highly recommend. Had a severe swelling of the knee and they meet me at the front door with a wheel chair. The wait was only a few mins. And Marlene and Dr. Rafael were truly amazing. They took the injury serious why keeping it light to take your mind off the situation. Strong communication on what was needed, next steps and really gave you a feeling they cared a great deal about your health and approached each step with that passion. Called ahead to find out wait time, was told no wait time at the moment. Got there 15 minutes later to have a minor procedure of removing stuck water behind ear wax in my ear. Filled out the paperwork and was seen 10 minutes later. The nurse and PA had my ear clear and I was walking out the door 30 minutes later. Great and friendly staff. Hope I don't ever have a reason to go back but if I do I would go back to this location.
