Most helpful urgent care I've been to. Edit: Went back again for the same issue 4 months later and M. Cohen was extremely helpful again. You can tell that she cares about her patients and takes your issues seriously. She helped a lot more than my primary physician and took the time to listen to the issues that I'm experiencing. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else in the area.
Terrible. Went first thing on a Saturday for a sprained ankle, was told their X-Ray machine wasn't working. They gave me the addresses of three other Holy Cross facilities and told me to go there. The first two were closed on Saturday, called the third one and they were closed too. So I'm hobbling around a big hospital on a bad ankle to find the X-Ray department only to find it closed. Inexcusable, never again. We finally gave up on Holy Cross and started over with Care Spot Urgent Care which was great.
I have been a Holy Cross patient for years and so happy when they put the urgent care 4 miles from my home. When I walked in yesterday morning at about 930 I was greeted by a lovely receptionist. I believe her name was Louie W. Very pleasant and helpful with a smile on her face. Then Maureen the nurse came out to get me. The addendant is very rude and after reading the other comments, I'm sure it's the same lady. Unfortunately this entire review is based on my interaction with the receptionist. Attitude from the beginning. The rest of the staff I have to say were actually very nice and went out of there way to attend to my injury.
Absolutely amazing place. No wait. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Got two shots for my sciatica and didn’t feel even a pinch. Dr Hassan was just a gem.
