Be careful with these guys folks, They run around pulling info on homes in the city, then find the cheapest way to scam you out your home. Tyler is the slick one they send out to sweet talk you. Then they make offers way lower than market value and if you dont no better they use scar tatics telling your house is no good and should be sold for pennies. My wife scheduled an appointment to look at a house today at 12:00 . We trudged out in the snow and when we got there, we were met by a lady who said no one is supposed to be there and to call her brother. I explained that we had an appointment at 12. She closed the door. We sat in the car and then another person showed up stating she was the owners wife.
