We had ALOT of work to be done: new heat/ac pump installed, duct work, elec box upgrade, plumbing lines, washer lines, water spicket replacements, new iron filter and softener, new water heater, and more. They were very professional. They job took longer than both of us expected (things pop up, issues arise), but they came at 8am each day until all issues were fixed. I am very happy with the results. The extra plus was using their loan company to finance it all. Very simple and quick online app and approval.
We are so glad we called Home Heroes Plumbing Heating & Air to fix a leak we had in our plumbing. Cody Plumber was the plumber that came to our house and quickly addressed the issue. He was super friendly and helpful, giving us full confidence that the leak would be remedied fast and efficiently. Great experience. Dan was very nice and explained the process ahead of time, so no surprises. Travis was very nice too, knowledgeable and presented options. Prices were reasonable and Travis completed the work promptly. They gave a lot of valuable advice for optimizing water heater and water pressure around the house. Kevin came by to consult and was extremely informative. If that didn’t win my business talking with Dan certainly did. I really appreciated all their thought input to my questions as I am not remotely close to a plumbing professional. Kevin did phenomenal work that was even recognized by our house warranty plumbers as great work. That’s when you know it’s solid! Highly recommend them if you are in the area.
