I call this morning and by 9:30am the service technician was here! When he arrived he introduced himself, was attentive to my needs, and asked questions to get the job done quickly. I was given the estimate and was very surprised thinking it would cost me more! I could not recommend these guys any more and will not hesitate to call them when the next situation arises. Thanks again for being a good and fair company and more importantly, nice humans!
We have used Home Heroes, formerly Plumbing Doctors, several times over the last year or so and we had them come out to replace our outdoor spicket. Travis came out today and was extremely pleasant.
Customer service and quality work are my top priorities and Dan with Home Heroes excelled in both. I had multiple quotes from other companies that were essentially the same, but the customer service and professionalism were top notch from Dan and Home Heroes. Dan was on time, completed the work professionally and was finished earlier than quoted,which is great when the water is shut off to the house.
Home Heroes where professional, clean and friendly the whole time and gave us the best price. Our technician was very knowledgeable and great with our pregnant doodle. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service we where provided, and plan to have them back out for more work to be done.
Home Heroes came to the house very quickly! After calling last night they were able to be here early this morning. Kevin was extremely friendly and professional, he reviewed all of our options with us and was able to repair our leak quickly!!! I will definitely be calling these heroes if I have any more issues!
