The whole team at Home Heroes was the best! Everything from scheduling to the actual techs that arrived was top notch, and at an extremely reasonable price. The service team explained the reasoning behind their recommendations very clearly. They performed the job quickly and quietly (not because i requested it, but because they were considerate of my 3 year old taking a nap upstairs!). Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule an estimate and the work that followed. They were happy to check in (phone/text/email) to make sure questions got answered. Reasonable cost that was a bit lower than other estimates (we were offered a discount based on previous contact with the company, which was appreciated). Home Heros came out to repair a toilet and install a new one. Office staff very friendly and informative. Kyle and Cody were very professional, polite and did a great job. They were very clear in what the problem was and what my options were. Very satisfied!
They were all the real Heroes!! I would 100% recommend!! From the office working with you on prices on the estimate to help in any way to the guys that actually do the dirty work! Kevin was great!! He explained what was going on, what I needed to do to resolve the issues and to take the time to brainstorm ideas of adding a bathroom on in the future and got me set up for that.. theses guys are awesome!! Work is done and water pressure better then ever. Both guys were awesome!!
I absolutely love Home Heroes! 🦸♀️ Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. This is the second time around we’ve had them out to the house to help with projects. Cody was amazing! He installed three shower fans, cleaned out two drains, and replaced our sump pump. He did a great job communicating with me throughout the process and was quick and efficient in his work. Really grateful to have a such an amazing company in our local community. Thanks, Home Heroes!
