I absolutely love Home Heroes! 🦸♀️ Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. This is the second time around we’ve had them out to the house to help with projects. Cody was amazing! He installed three shower fans, cleaned out two drains, and replaced our sump pump. He did a great job communicating with me throughout the process and was quick and efficient in his work. Let me start by saying that I have dreaded having our outside faucet taken care of. It had unfortunately been over torqued and inevitably cracked the seal inside the wall. A lot of the companies I had talked to left me with an uneasy feeling. The prices seemed really high and it felt like they were instantly trying to sell me stuff as well. We had ALOT of work to be done: new heat/ac pump installed, duct work, elec box upgrade, plumbing lines, washer lines, water spicket replacements, new iron filter and softener, new water heater, and more. They were very professional. They job took longer than both of us expected (things pop up, issues arise), but they came at 8am each day until all issues were fixed. I am very happy with the results. The extra plus was using their loan company to finance it all. Very simple and quick online app and approval.
They were all the real Heroes!! I would 100% recommend!! From the office working with you on prices on the estimate to help in any way to the guys that actually do the dirty work! Kevin was great!! He explained what was going on, what I needed to do to resolve the issues and to take the time to brainstorm ideas of adding a bathroom on in the future and got me set up for that.. theses guys are awesome!! Work is done and water pressure better then ever. Both guys were awesome!!
Sam done an amazing job, he was very detailed in my issue and explained everything so I understood. I needed additional things done which scared me thinking it was going to cost a fortune, but the prices are extremely low/reasonable added with my discount. I am extremely happy. They also followed up with me afterwards making sure everything was working properly and I was happy. Exceptional customer service hands down.
