I called thinking they wouldn't be able to come out for at least several days due to the current snowstorm/cold weather, but Katie (who was very friendly and helpful!) was able to find me a same-day appointment. We had a great experience with Home Heroes! The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable and professional and was also willing to look at another issue we were having and get us pricing on it. I have no complaints about the service or quality or anything - the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the price. The estimate seemed quite expensive and even the price we negotiated was still pretty high. The staff over at Home Heroes has really been top Notch. The communication to get everything set up between Katie in the office was flawless. Faron [technician] showed up and really gave me a run down on what exactly is going on in my new house. Really appreciate his attention to detail and help with the matter.
