We hired Home Instead to care for our father. Courtney explained that they have lots of staff to pull from for experience and care and that they run 3 different background checks on all of their staff. He also explained their billing process and that they would send me a copy of everything so I had it. Home Instead started their first shift the next day. I hired this company to care for my mom. 2 times a caregiver did not show up and there was no phone call to tell me no one was there. Mom my was put in danger from these incidents. A couple of the CNA's did a very poor job with her cares, and some did not follow the care plan. I rate them 1/5 stars.
