BUYER BEWARE: This company is the worst! They basically scam people out of money and that’s why they require 1/3 down. My mom and stepdad paid $6000 down for a walk-in tub. After months of supposed “COVID” related delays, my parents found a different contractor who installed their tub in a matter of days. Homesmart Ind will not return the $6000 deposit because they said the job had to be canceled within 3 days of signing the contract.
