I was very happy when working with homegrown storage! My unit was clean and ready for me to move in and the customer service team, especially Lauren, we’re very helpful when I needed some ice removed to be able to get my U-Haul into the facility! They got someone out there to take care of it within a few hours and I was able to pack up and move as planned! I highly recommend getting a storage unit with them! Renting from Homegrown has been an excellent experience. Anytime I had a question or concern, someone was always readily available to address our needs. Highly recommend. Awesome storage facilities. The staff were amazing to work with. Lauren provided spectacular service with some unique and sudden needs I had. She was extremely helpful and replied with solutions very promptly. James was also very helpful when I first arrived to show me my unit and offering assistance. Wonderful people.
I had my storage unit for two years. The first 18 months were under a different ownership. I received notification from Homegrown Storage that they were going to be the new owners. They made the transition very easy. Payment processing was easy and convenient. They also were very swift responding to my emails. The communication across the board was great.
Great communication &we never had any issues. Also refunded a month since we failed to let them know we had emptied ours a few weeks before payment was due. Highly recommend and will use again when we need a storage unit. Thank you!
