My wife signed up for service. The company continuously messaged me even though all communications were initiated through my wife. After multiple communications that I was not the customer, we finally had to drop service. To make things worse, roughly a year later, I received three texts from "Anna from HomeTeam Pest Defense" within 12 hours in an attempt to get me back (which is ironic as again I was never a customer). I highly advise going with more ethical competitors.

Home Team has been great to work with. Anthony is very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and has made sure our ant problem is addressed. Mike has also been great with communication and helpful when needed too. Highly recommend this company and the attention/service they provide!

Great people to work with. They always show up, unlike the last company I used. Very personable techs that come out, always ask about my concerns, and they clean all the spider webs before treating. Whatever product they use WORKS! Last company I used, I still had issues after they treated and they charged more than Home Team.
