We have been customers of Home Team Pest Defense for at least five years and have been very impressed with their service and pest defense products. A company is only as repudiable as the employees that service their customer base. Our technician, Kevin, is without a doubt a top notch professional and person. He is extremely knowledgeable, cordial and very focused on providing his customers with superior service. As an employee of Home Team Pest Defense, Kevin is one of the best service related professionals my wife and I... read more
We have two years of experience with Hometeam Pest Defence. Jalen, currently assigned to the West End in Richmond, works hard to address interior and exterior est pest issues. The cost is fair and results have been positive. Our contract calls for call in service where there are issues and we are fully satisfied with end results. The service is exceptional.

She was kind, patient and understandi... read more
Overall good experience. Our service technician called prior to arrival to let us know he was on the way. Once he arrived he went over the list of pests he would be treating for and if there were any other pests we wanted him to treat for. He listened to our concerns and made us feel comfortable with how the process worked.
Have had John for the last several visits. It’s nice not to have to look after someone that has access to my home. Super respectful of my home, pets, and privacy. Works around my schedule, and the clutter in my garage lol. Always calls ahead and on arrival. Thank you, Sir.
