We have been customers for the past 10 years and want to take time out to give kudos to our technician Landon whom we have had for about the past 3-4 years. (I almost didn’t want to give his name at threat of losing him to new customer requests). He is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Overall good experience. Our service technician called prior to arrival to let us know he was on the way. Once he arrived he went over the list of pests he would be treating for and if there were any other pests we wanted him to treat for. He listened to our concerns and made us feel comfortable with how the process worked.
Hometeam charged me more than double the previous owners. How do I know this? Their online portal doesn't separate out users, but leaves old invoices tied to the property. They even have an invoice containing credit card information on it - the entire card number. We've since cancelled service. At the request to cancel they invoiced me early for the next month's service rather than calling to confirm cancellation. Service is good but scheduling is lacking. I would like to be able to know in advance when service will be done so that I can be home. I don't like services being done on my property and not knowing exactly what I am being billed for.
My Home Team technician is honestly like a friend of the family. Because he is the same technician that comes to the house each time which is awesome because he knows my needs and he understands the pest around the house seasonally. Therefore, he knows what he’s looking at and what he needs to take care of when he comes out.
