I have been a customer with HomeTeam for over 10 years. They provide excellent customer service and I have been happy with their services. If you are looking for a pest control company I would highly recommend HomeTeam. Especially for ants!
Appointment was from 10:00 to 2:00. He showed up at 5:05 PM. I had called ahead on the previous Thursday to report an ant problem. The office said he would address that problem when he made his routine stop on the 16th. When he showed up Wednesday he said he didn’t have all the materials for exterminating them.
Just my first service but all my neighbors use them and no one has any complaints lol. Quick and easy and cheaper than I expected!
The process was well explained by the technician, Justin. I felt confident in his knowledge of his job. He also gave me helpful information of insects and pests.
Landon, is very knowledgeable and take pride in what he does. His character and professionalism is out of this world. Customer service and Landon are extremely nice and very friendly. I want to thank you for everything you do for us. I'm proud to be part of this fantastic family. Thanks again.
