We have been a HTPD customer for over 10 years now. Having moved to this area from Northern VA, we know the company to be reliable and providing the same technicians to treat our home there. It started that way here, we had a steady and awesome Technician once we moved down to NC; however, for the past few years, that service has begun to fracture. Manny was thorough and very friendly. I have been impressed with all my interactions with him and with the tech who came to the house. The tech took time to explain everything he would do to insure I understood. I highly recommend them!
"I called on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, to report that I discovered ants in my shower stall. The nice lady on the phone scheduled Alan Bryant to come out on Thursday, March 5. Alan came out, inspected my shower stall and the entire exterior of my house and placed a gel like substance in different areas. By nightfall, no ants! Today, Friday, March 6, still no sign of ants. Thank you HomeTeam and Alan.
I would not recommend this company based on what I believe to be poor results of services. We had to call several times pertaining to Spiders outside around the gutters, front door and around the base of the house. We also had Carpenter Ants and other bugs inside the house. The tech that serviced our house was very nice and came out when I needed him but told me to call him directly instead of and not the office. We had a wonderful experience with HomeTeam Pest! They actually came a day early because they had availability and were in the area to start our services. They were super helpful, and most of all not pushy.I highly recommend their services!
