We have been a HTPD customer for over 10 years now. Having moved to this area from Northern VA, we know the company to be reliable and providing the same technicians to treat our home there. It started that way here, we had a steady and awesome Technician once we moved down to NC; however, for the past few years, that service has begun to fracture. Manny was thorough and very friendly. I have been impressed with all my interactions with him and with the tech who came to the house. The tech took time to explain everything he would do to insure I understood. I highly recommend them!
Alan with Hometeam is the best! We have used them for ten years and he is, by far, the most attentive and professional member of their team. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt and offers a level of service that we trust and appreciate!
Just wanted to say that we really like having Home Team come to our house for pest control. A big shout out to Dimitry. He was just here for our quarterly service and he was so nice and friendly. Constant Harassment!!!!! We moved into a community that promotes Home Team. they put tube systems in the wall, and the home came with 1 year termite baits around the house. For various reasons, we decided to use an alternate service, that is more environmentally friendly. I have shared this with so many people at this company. the calls and the emails have been relentless in the 15 months we have lived here.
