Home Team employees kept me well informed of all aspects of their work. They answered all of my questions in detail which was an added benefit. They also walked me through the process of setting up the portal, and going over the different elements of the portal. Lastly, the technician who arrived at my house called me before arriving, and provided a follow-up text after he completed the job. Hometeam Pest is efficient. I have been using them for seven years and have no complaints. Between service calls I had to call them due to wasps making a home in a light fixture. They came out the next day and took care of the problem. The wasps never returned. Excellent service

The tech who came to do the termite station install, Dillon DelFavero, was not only professional from the first phone call to the end, he was knowledgeable of his job and the services. Made suggestions to help keep our new home pest free (explaining we will always see bugs here and there, pest free from infestation). He answered all of my questions and explained everything he was there to do. Definitely recommend Home Team !!!!
The service is great! My only reason for the 4 star is that the price keeps going up each year. I use to pay like $90 when I started. Now I pay $122! I know things increase but I've been with you guys since 2016. There has to be a loyalty discount!
