Home team defense pest control is an awesome company. We have had them for a few years and they are honest, reliable have great communication and always go above and beyond during each pest control visit explaining what they do and let you know if there is ever a problem call and they will be back to remedy the issue. My technician David is very thorough and knowledgeable. He always asks if we've had any pest issues. When we were having issues with mice he advised us where points of entry on the porch were & how to close them off to help prevent further problems.

Services are always completed within the contract schedule. When an additional service may come up, our technician Kareem responds the next day. We have been pleased with all of HomeTeam's technicians, but Kareem is by far the best of the best. Highly skilled, professional and very personable.

Our technician arrived right at the start of the service window. He also texted me that he wasn’t feeling well, so we kept our distance when he arrived. One of the great things about the Taexx pest control system is that the entire house can be serviced from the outside portals, so it wasn’t necessary for him to come inside. Excellent service.
