Initial visit for new contract, Will was very thorough wi the all of the items he checked and maintained. Checked all foundation walls, crawl space, which is quite large, got rid of 16 existing spider webs around the house, sprayed ant hills in the back part of the yard. He explained everything that he did followed up by email with written explanation of everything completed this visit. Highly recommend Home team for pest service.
The technician, Paul, notified us on when he would be at the house. He asked if we had any problems and then he sprayed in the garage and went around the house knocking down cobwebs and checking everything out. He then filled up the lines. Very professional and we have a home with no bugs. It’s a great system to have.
Our technician arrived right at the start of the service window. He also texted me that he wasn’t feeling well, so we kept our distance when he arrived. One of the great things about the Taexx pest control system is that the entire house can be serviced from the outside portals, so it wasn’t necessary for him to come inside. Excellent service.
Jacob did an excellent job of explaining the service, and he worked diligently to complete the service. At the end of the treatment, he answered all of our questions. Jacob gave us a very thorough explanation of the treatment and follow-up. He was very polite and professional.
signed up for service and they told me 8-5 was the time. so I had to take the whole day off to wait and nobody showed up. even called at 4PM to make sure I was on the schedule and they said it was going to happen. but waited all night and got no call at all. I would give zero star If I could since i never got what i paid for.
