Jacob did an excellent job of explaining the service, and he worked diligently to complete the service. At the end of the treatment, he answered all of our questions. Jacob gave us a very thorough explanation of the treatment and follow-up. He was very polite and professional.
Home Team employees kept me well informed of all aspects of their work. They answered all of my questions in detail which was an added benefit. They also walked me through the process of setting up the portal, and going over the different elements of the portal. Lastly, the technician who arrived at my house called me before arriving, and provided a follow-up text after he completed the job. I have used HomeTeam pest control in the past, and in my experience, it is all in the service that the technician provides. My technician Jacob, was very customer service oriented, and really worked hard to solve our problems and issues. He was the best technician I’ve seen yet at Home Team pest control.
I have been using Hometeam for greater than 15 yrs now. I am satisfied with their work and commitment to giving clients their best.
Hometeam Pest is efficient. I have been using them for seven years and have no complaints. Between service calls I had to call them due to wasps making a home in a light fixture. They came out the next day and took care of the problem. The wasps never returned. Excellent service
