We have been a HTPD customer for over 10 years now. Having moved to this area from Northern VA, we know the company to be reliable and providing the same technicians to treat our home there. It started that way here, we had a steady and awesome Technician once we moved down to NC; however, for the past few years, that service has begun to fracture. Manny was thorough and very friendly. I have been impressed with all my interactions with him and with the tech who came to the house. The tech took time to explain everything he would do to insure I understood. I highly recommend them!
I would not recommend this company based on what I believe to be poor results of services. We had to call several times pertaining to Spiders outside around the gutters, front door and around the base of the house. We also had Carpenter Ants and other bugs inside the house. The tech that serviced our house was very nice and came out when I needed him but told me to call him directly instead of and not the office. We had a wonderful experience with HomeTeam Pest! They actually came a day early because they had availability and were in the area to start our services. They were super helpful, and most of all not pushy.I highly recommend their services!
Home team defense pest control is an awesome company. We have had them for a few years and they are honest, reliable have great communication and always go above and beyond during each pest control visit explaining what they do and let you know if there is ever a problem call and they will be back to remedy the issue.
