The person sent was punctual and professional he cleaned off most of the webs where I had pointed them out. I was disappointed that one bedroom window had several large nests on the glass behind the screen and he sprayed stuff but said they do not clean them off after. I am not able to do it myself and we are leaving in a few hours so it can only be cleaned when we return on 6 months so by then will probably have been treated again and I cannot give a review of how effective the treatment was. Everyone that I have spoke to from home team was outstanding. I got nothing but excellent care. They took time and explained things to me. A technician was out the following day. He did an amazing job. Everyone went over and beyond. Their customer service is excellent, I. Would recommend them very highly.
I’ve been using Home Team Pest Defense for years and I truly trust them. They always show up on time, do a great job, and are very professional. I’ve never had any major issues with bugs, and if anything comes up, they handle it quickly. It’s just one of those services I don’t have to think twice about because they always deliver.
HomeTeam is great! We’ve had their pest service for a little over a year now. They are very dependable and their Technician “Matt” does a wonderful job on their quarterly visits. Matt has made a couple of special visits when we’ve seen spider webs on our lanai. Highly recommend the HomeTeam!
Great experience with Hometeam exterminator. They called before arrival and explained the process. Matt was a really nice person, informative and friendly. He cleared out all the spiderwebs and bugs on the screens and house and completed the job.
