The person sent was punctual and professional he cleaned off most of the webs where I had pointed them out. I was disappointed that one bedroom window had several large nests on the glass behind the screen and he sprayed stuff but said they do not clean them off after. I am not able to do it myself and we are leaving in a few hours so it can only be cleaned when we return on 6 months so by then will probably have been treated again and I cannot give a review of how effective the treatment was. Everything started 2-3 months ago, trying to get rid of German roaches. Apparently we got them from Amazon boxes... They told us to empty every cabinet, closet... And we did it! They kept coming back and dropping baits only, not spraying ever again. I asked 4 other companies and they told me the same thing, that spreading baits around the house wouldn't get rid of them. Home Team has done an outstanding job on our home. Chris is our service guy and recently went beyond expectations helping us out getting a few boxes in our home that had been delivered to our place when we were out of town! He alerted us to the fact they were in our driveway and went back after he left to help us out. Outstanding customer service!
HomeTeam and Louis have always done a great job taking care of our home. Always notifying us prior to coming and checking in after to make sure we are satisfied.
Everyone that I have spoke to from home team was outstanding. I got nothing but excellent care. They took time and explained things to me. A technician was out the following day. He did an amazing job. Everyone went over and beyond. Their customer service is excellent, I. Would recommend them very highly.
