I am living in Orlando only for 6 months. In Jan. I contacted this company and was given a price for the initial service and another price for the quarterly service. I had to call after the second service as my credit card had been billed at the initial rate fee. A few weeks ago I cancelled service as I was moving out of the city July 1 (prior to my next quarterly service date).
