It’s really bad service. We have been with this company since 2019. And the service is getting worse. The pest insects are all around of the house since the last visit they were not taking care of. We are still under the contract, it should be done more often and get it clean instead of all insects covering the house like this. We always have a great experience with Home Team Pest Defense. The internal system has been great at keeping pests away and they are also thorough with their inspection and treatment of the inside and outside of our property. Appointments are flexible, including any retreats as needed, and the team is always prompt, professional, and courteous. We’ve been working with them for over 2 years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!
Customer service is horrible. If you have any issues good luck with getting in contact with someone to help. There’s never a supervisor available and their audit team takes DAYS to call back. Canceled my service after months of unauthorized charges and they are still charging my account. They only service quarterly which is ridiculous for the amount of money they charge. They also told me that it is a “courtesy” to remove the dead field mice in my garage that are stuck on the glue boards that THEY provided as a service. I sw... read more
So disappointed with home team. After several years using their services I decided to to cancel. Whole year for every service they didn’t show up, not once but no less than 3 times. I waited for them because I need the service inside my house. They never call to let me know they won’t be at my house. I was rescheduling and still they didn’t show up. I have had service for 5 years. In the beginning when Angie Jackson did our service, it was beyond exceptional. She really took great care of our service and we never had any issues. We have had Abraham as our technician the last year and he also has provided exceptional service.
