William, our tech, told us a day before of our scheduled service. William has provide our previous four service calls. He is very competent, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He always asks if there are any new issues, addresses them, and lets us know how he addressed the issue before he leaves We're very pleased with.our service.
The sales rep Roosevelt and technician Jonathan were very knowledgeable and courteous and took time to explain. Received our first treatment. Looking forward to continued positive experiences.
Would highly recommend HomeTeam for your pest control. They have been serving our home for 12 years . We recently experienced swarming mosquito type bugs around our front door for several mornings. We had no standing water and weren't sure why this was happening. We called HomeTeam and explained our problem. The person who took my call was very helpful. They know their products and always ask us of any issues and then after inspection and treatments they take the time to have a conversation; our technician (Lacy) is helpful and fantastic; I noticed a new issue, and she came to house the next day to resolve.
Excellent 1st service on our new home! Text reminder of appt, tech was Prompt, they completed work and we were given follow up text after work done! Doesn’t get any better!
