This was my first time using Home Team Pest Defense and I’m so glad I did! My experience was top tier and the process was so easy from beginning to end. Customer service was excellent from the initial set up process to the actual visit to my home! They were very thorough in explaining their service both over the phone and in person. The cost is very inexpensive for all you are getting. I’m so glad I chose Home Team and you should too!!
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would; We’ve been reporting rat/wasps issues for a year! Other than installing Tomcat which didn’t help at all, this company didn’t do anything! We still have wasps in the backyard and rats in garage Rats chewed my car ($2000 damage for the cable); and cable of the freezer that was in garage($400 damages) After I put rat bait I finally caught a rat; I reported this issue immediately and there were response: “we will try locate the technician for you to possibly come today” This service... read more

I think my service rep Stephen is excellent. He knows his pest control stuff, is personable, friendly and respectful. He helped me with mouse control in my garage and I’m very happy with the results. No recent droppings! I recommend him and the services ofHomeTeam
Once again, the tech came to the house after leaving a message to say he would be spraying and webbing and I have spider webs all over the back patio and underneath the eaves. I will be looking for a better company to provide pest control services. For $150, I just do not see the value!
