I’ve used this team for about a year and half and I only have great things to say about them. Mike-who usually manages coming and treating my house is always so professional and polite when he contacts me. He always gives me ample time and if I need to change the time/day it’s never a problem. They’re prices are fair and I really appreciate the amazing job they do!
I have never used this company i don't even live near. However, I gave a 5 star for the support you gave to that family i watch on tiktok where you paid the invoice because they were going through a rough time due to the lock down. That was so thoughtful and I pray this company will prosper and continue to grow in a positive way
Predatory pricing practices masked as “normal annual increases.” Home Team Pest Defense raises their prices every single year with no changes, no upgrades, and no improvements to the service. The treatment remains exactly the same, yet the cost continues to climb. What makes this especially problematic is that customers are effectively cornered. Great company, easy to work with. They always suggestion new products and services that are actually beneficial. My tech Mike is a great guy, personable and takes time out to get to know you, speaks with you about the services he's completed and explains things very well.
One of our houses has been using this company's services because they had pre-installed the Sentricon termite system when we purchased it. However, in the past few years, we have been fairly disappointed with the company and in its communication, especially with price increase. Our pest control and termite service fees increased in January without anyone bringing this to our awareness.
