Predatory pricing practices masked as “normal annual increases.” Home Team Pest Defense raises their prices every single year with no changes, no upgrades, and no improvements to the service. The treatment remains exactly the same, yet the cost continues to climb. What makes this especially problematic is that customers are effectively cornered. I’ve used this team for about a year and half and I only have great things to say about them. Mike-who usually manages coming and treating my house is always so professional and polite when he contacts me. He always gives me ample time and if I need to change the time/day it’s never a problem. They’re prices are fair and I really appreciate the amazing job they do!
