I appreciated HomeTeam’s tech Leonard, who came out and performed our very first service. Leonard was very polite and respectful of the property and explained in detailed as to what service work he’ll be performing. Although this is our first time using HomeTeam Defense, and only time will tell if the sprayed application will help keep the bugs away, but to have staff like Leonard, it makes a difference and builds confident in the service.
Home Team provides great service. Justin is my service technician and provides professional, courteous and prompt service with every treatment. He is very thorough and willing to go above and beyond to help resolve any concerns I may have. The online billing system is very convenient. I highly recommend Home Team to help keep your home pest free!
Brought my new home 4 yrs ago and have not had not 1 problem. I’ve have a guy that is assigned to treat my home and Justin is awesome and respectful. The customer service has always been in point. I’m not choosing another company to treat my home. Service is everything to me and they have bit fell short yet. You guys are awesome 👏🏽
Really like the service that HomeTeam provides. Don't have any pests in the yard which is the best we can ask for. They always ask if we've seen anything that needs taking care of and the answer is always No since they do such a fantastic job already. Super super friendly technicians too!!
The technician, Leonard, was very pleasant and professional. Since it was my first treatment with Home Team Pest Defense, he took the time to explain what the treatment entailed, and where exactly he would be applying the pesticide. He also checked the perimeter of the house for spider webs and wasp nests, and removed any that were present.
