Home Team provides great service. Justin is my service technician and provides professional, courteous and prompt service with every treatment. He is very thorough and willing to go above and beyond to help resolve any concerns I may have. The online billing system is very convenient. Brought my new home 4 yrs ago and have not had not 1 problem. I’ve have a guy that is assigned to treat my home and Justin is awesome and respectful. The customer service has always been in point. I appreciated HomeTeam’s tech Leonard, who came out and performed our very first service. Leonard was very polite and respectful of the property and explained in detailed as to what service work he’ll be performing. Although this is our first time using HomeTeam Defense, and only time will tell if the sprayed application will help keep the bugs away, but to have staff like Leonard, it makes a difference and builds confident in the service.
The technician, Leonard, was very pleasant and professional. Since it was my first treatment with Home Team Pest Defense, he took the time to explain what the treatment entailed, and where exactly he would be applying the pesticide. He also checked the perimeter of the house for spider webs and wasp nests, and removed any that were present.
