I have been using Home Team since 2019 and been extremely happy with their service. They come out when scheduled. They are quick to reply with a Phone call or email when I message on the portal. Most recently, Jacob came out to treat an issue we were having. He was knowledgeable and he educated me on the bug and what we were seeing. I’ve always been extremely happy with the service text that come out.
I’ve been using HomeTeam for years, haven’t had any issues with pests even in pest-heavy seasons. My technician Adam Gonzales always goes above and beyond, is very communicative, professional, and does a thorough job. I always request that they send him to do my quarterly services and he never disappoints. Thanks Adam and HomeTeam!
They're leveraging the fact that they're the only company that has inwall sprays. Despite having a valid concern to suspend services for a month or two (with intention to have the house serviced on March when we're not home) they would rather lose you as a customer than wait. I spoke with Daniel and he said that if they allow this there would be months where their field technicians will be too busy or too light. Edgar was wonderful! He is super knowledgeable and spent some time walking us through the treatment plan as well as possible future treatments. Friendly and professional, our experience confirmed that we made a great choice giving HomeTeam a try. (Ross was also very friendly and helpful and ensured we understood the services available as well as the services HomeTeam provided for the former home owner.
