When I signed up, they didn't spell my name or my email address correctly so I never received the documents. Had to call them and have them forward it to the correct email, but they still never corrected it in their system so I never received any additional email notifications. Eventually we got the first treatment done for assorted bugs we were seeing in our house (beetles, spiders, big roaches in our garage, water bugs, etc.). I have been using Home Team since 2019 and been extremely happy with their service. They come out when scheduled. They are quick to reply with a Phone call or email when I message on the portal. Most recently, Jacob came out to treat an issue we were having. He was knowledgeable and he educated me on the bug and what we were seeing. I’ve always been extremely happy with the service text that come out.
I thought Blanca, my tech, was great. She was professional, thorough and answered all my questions. She took her time and explained and wanted to be sure I was satisfied. It was quite refreshing considering the service one receives today. Thank you very much.
They're leveraging the fact that they're the only company that has inwall sprays. Despite having a valid concern to suspend services for a month or two (with intention to have the house serviced on March when we're not home) they would rather lose you as a customer than wait. I spoke with Daniel and he said that if they allow this there would be months where their field technicians will be too busy or too light.
