Home Defense Team has been an exceptional company for protecting our home from all the nasty bugs we wouldn’t want to enter into our home. Our technician, JJ is very helpful and conscientious and always does a terrific job. I especially liked that he always calls to let us know he’ll be in our neighborhood and be stopping by to apply our insect treatments. Super customer satisfaction.
I had a 1 year contract thru my builder. A tech came to my property 3 months prior to contract ending. He rang my bell and I didn't answer. But, he came on my property to inspect without consent or permission or appointment. He kicked holes into the mulch surrounding our home exposing my irrigation drip lines and bringing up sand. I had Home Team Pest Defense as part of my contract with Pulte for a year free of in ground termite traps. I decided to add spraying for the inside and outside. I kept my services for a little while, but as a nurse it is not possible for me to get off work during the hours they come to spray for the inside of my home, so I’m not really benefiting from the full service. When I went to cancel the spraying, I did NOT mention removing the free termite trap service for a year that came with the contract when I bought my house. I... read more
