I have had home team for the past 4 years and I've been very happy with the service thus far. I recently had a flea problem. I made the appointment between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. I asked if I could be the 8:00 appointment and they said yes. It's now 11:00 and no one has arrived. No courtesy call. I called the office and the technician called me and said she would be here at 11:30. Why can't companies give people a common courtesy call if they are going to be late or delayed? I had just signed up with Home Team the night before when ai discovered ants in my place. I called in the morning and they were able to schedule someone that afternoon. Kyle took care of my periodic service and sprayed the house to address the ant problem. I appreciate the fast response to a brand new customer.
I had Home Team Pest Defense as part of my contract with Pulte for a year free of in ground termite traps. I decided to add spraying for the inside and outside. I kept my services for a little while, but as a nurse it is not possible for me to get off work during the hours they come to spray for the inside of my home, so I’m not really benefiting from the full service. Time was taken to truly clean the outside of the house, cob webs, mud dobbers, wasp nests, etc… Checking and reducing our the termite baskets, so they are visible etc… Impressed with the work and very professional!
