When I called the company, they were nice, professional, and very helpful. Scott (sales) was thorough with his information, funny, and personable. Great information. When Javi (tech) showed up — on time! — he was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He gave us all sorts of useful tips and showed us different types of insects, spiders, etc. to be aware of. Highly recommend Javi and the company!

We have a monthly service. The person who services our property is fantastic. He calls me in advance of his arrival. And conducts everything that’s necessary exactly when and how he said he was going to do it. Great service highly recommended.

Every time Home Team Pest Defense comes I am grateful we use them. Their team are kind and professional and address the situation at hand. They come faithfully every 3 months and if I see anything in the interim that needs addressing, they are here within a day. They are careful about my dog and I appreciate that. I have used them for two years and am a very happy customer.

We just began treatment and so far are very pleased with how professional, courteous and thorough this company has been. Fingers crossed it will be effective! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that we don’t know if it will work and the promise to come treat the next day after I called didn’t happen, although they did come the day after that. At this point, I would recommend.

Ryan always does a great job for us. He also lets us know when he is coming, which is helpful, as we like to pull the furniture away from the walls so he can spray.
