Dennis is super efficient during his visits and very knowledge if I ever have any questions. Anytime I’ve called HomeTeam they have been very friendly and flexible when I’ve asked to move my scheduled visits.
Doug was the technician that did my initial lawn treatment. He was excellent. He contacted me with his arrival time, was prompt, friendly but professional, very thorough, provided relevant information, made certain I didn’t have any questions, and reminded me several times to call if I have any issues. That first visit was a couple weeks ago and the treatment did rid my lawn of the problem ants. Thank you Doug and the office staff that has been so attentive.
I have had home team for quite some time now and have been happy with the experience with the exception of this last time I asked for the service to be skipped and the tech who usually calls before coming did not and perform the service and I was charged for something I did not ask for. Slightly disappointed in the lack of communication
