I have asked on multiple occasions to have appointments scheduled and instead get a call around 630pm the night before that they are showing up the next day and don't know what time. This is not proper notice nor the way an appointment is scheduled. The day of the “appointment” I had to work so closed the window treatments and the tech still processed to knock and ring the doorbell. Followed by another phone call. Works better than any other pest service. The technology of how itbworks and how they come everytime is awesome and non intrusive to your personal life and residence. Very professional and personable staff. My tech Bobby, is awesome!!! To say the least. He communicates everything with us. Is hete for anything we need done. And his work ethic is outstanding!
Knowledgeable and prompt service. HomeTeam makes it easy to guard your home from pests and rodents. They come out quarterly to check bait stations and to sweep hornet nests. If we have any issues Cameron is a phone call away. Highly recommend.
