I tried to get HomeTeam Pest Defense to come to my house for a single application of pest control. I was told that I needed to sign a contract that obligated me to further treatments every 3 months whether or not I had a problem. I declined those provisions but offered my consent to do the applications on an "as needed" bases. I’m sorry to hear about this experience. Unlike some other companies, we do not do contracts, we do agreements which allow you to cancel anytime without consequence or penalty. This pertains to our one-time service as well. We need that agreement signed to authorize us to apply treatment to your property. I am sorry if this wasn’t explained thoroughly and for the confusion that was caused.
