My technician Shane is always great. He’s very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in his profession and with big smile. He works hard and he did a thorough job, 3 houses (my aunt right next door to my house, my best friend’s house round the corner and us). Thank you so much. We have been a customer of Home Team for 8 years. Every time our technician Nick arrives, he rings the doorbell to tell us what he plans to do and asks if we have had any problems. This time, my husband told him that we had seen a few palmetto bugs in our garage - he said ‘no problem, I can take care of that for you’. When he finished, he told us he had completed his work and said to call back if we had any other issues. Service like this will keep us as customers for the foreseeable future !

Their service always occurs as scheduled, their website is easy, and the technicians are great. Haley is wonderful and gives us a heads up before treatment so we can plan accordingly for our dogs. The service is thorough and they’re an easy company to work with.
