My technician Shane is always great. He’s very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in his profession and with big smile. He works hard and he did a thorough job, 3 houses (my aunt right next door to my house, my best friend’s house round the corner and us). Thank you so much. Have had Homee Team for 8 1/2 years since the house e built. They always do a great job and explain what they did. I've never had to have them come back for anything in the house. Great company.
Have them for termites for about 4 1/2 years. I gave one star because they like to increase the monthly cost without telling you. They said that in some small print that they can but it’d still be nice to have that courtesy. Second they cut the service in half. Instead of coming twice a year now it’s once. You’re paying more for half the service and they never said anything about coming once a year. Lady in the phone said you pay for the warranty not so much the service. Charged more than their contract allowed when we told them we were not renewing. Never requested or authorized any additional services. Fulfilled all obligations of our contract and were over charged 70.49. They refused to correct this over charge. Had to go to the Credit Card company. Ripping off your customers is a poor business model. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
We have been a customer of Home Team for 8 years. Every time our technician Nick arrives, he rings the doorbell to tell us what he plans to do and asks if we have had any problems. This time, my husband told him that we had seen a few palmetto bugs in our garage - he said ‘no problem, I can take care of that for you’. When he finished, he told us he had completed his work and said to call back if we had any other issues. Service like this will keep us as customers for the foreseeable future !
