The services are very expensive and if they find an issue, rest assured, they will note it somewhere in tiny print on the report but never take the time to point it out or provide suggestions on how to correct. If you need anything outside of their very limited box, forget it. The "customer service" folks could be replaced with a robot as they couldn't care less about trying to accommodate a reasonable request and only too happy to take in your cancellation of service when you reach the limit of frustration. Really annoyed with this company. A sales guy came by today. I did not answer the door because I was on a work call. He then proceeded to walk my property without permission and stare in my office window. Completely unprofessional and creepy. Guaranteed themselves no business from us and I’ll be warning my neighbors.
Very fast response from HomeTeam and Haley was great! She was very personable and knowledgeable and I appreciate the opportunities she would take to educate us as well. Everyone was very polite from Julie in scheduling to Haley who provided the service. Excellent experience all around and I look forward to working with HomeTeam on an ongoing basis!
We have been using the Home Team Pest control for over two years and have been very pleased with their service. Want to send out kudos to Elijah for his professional service on his visit this week, sent a text letting us know he would be late as he encountered an issue at a home prior to ours, explained things well about upcoming landscaping with great advise and expertise, and was very courteous! Thx Elijah and keep up the good work!!
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. They never came to check the traps unless I called them. At the end of the year they charged us monthly without telling us. Then threw us into collections. When we told them we were dissatisfied with the service. They immediately came to remove the traps. That was the fastest they’ve ever come.
