We have been using the Home Team Pest control for over two years and have been very pleased with their service. Want to send out kudos to Elijah for his professional service on his visit this week, sent a text letting us know he would be late as he encountered an issue at a home prior to ours, explained things well about upcoming landscaping with great advise and expertise, and was very courteous! Am in the North Myrtle Beach, SC area and I've had HomeTeam for nearly a year. They provide exceptional service for a reasonable price and Great value for the $$$. Any pest issue has been resolved promptly. Our HomeTeam tech is "Haley" who is very experienced, always prompt, and answers all my questions. I hope HomeTeam is paying her well!
Being new to the area, I had a very positive experience with this outfit. Alan was friendly, informative and “user friendly”! He made the entire process super easy, they were out to start my first application. Follow up calls the next day to ensure I was pleased with the experience. I am happy to recommend this outfit for pest control.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. They never came to check the traps unless I called them. At the end of the year they charged us monthly without telling us. Then threw us into collections. When we told them we were dissatisfied with the service. They immediately came to remove the traps. That was the fastest they’ve ever come.
