I noted on another link that the routine service is effective, but they raised rates about 10% each of the last two years, so I dropped them.
Service is good, but prices rise about 10% every 12 months, so I left them.
This company is the PITTS!! They know nothing about treating pest problems. I have their Pest Defense System, Tubes in the Wall which don't work and is nothing but a big joke and rip off..DON'T INSTALL THE SYSTEM AND BETTER YET DON'T USE IT BECAUSE IT LEAKS BEHIND THE WALLS. The office staff is rude starting from the General Manager, Service Manager, down to the Office Manager and Customer Service Reps.
