BEWARE: DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. After a gradual decline in service and attempts to increase prices, we questioned what services we were receiving. They were unable or unwilling to provide documentation on the warranty or services. We had several exchanges of complaints with them culminating in us swapping to Arrow Environmental.
