The service provided was excellent. The technician called to notify me when he was within 30min of my location. Once he arrived he greeted me, explained what he was going to perform, and if I had any trouble areas or concerns. Once that was done he efficiently proceeded to perform his inspection. Once done he notified me of what he did and anything he noticed. He was very professional and ensured all gates he opened were closed after before he left. Extremely satisfied with the service I received.
I’ve tried more than a few pest control / termite bond companies at 3 different homes in Jacksonville over the last 10 years, and Home Team has consistently been the most professional. We have used home team for 15 years. Other than rates going up, we have always had a great experience. So much that we use them in our rentals in other states. Once we had wasp issue, the WASP were moving to other parts of our home and fence. Home team was there several times taken care of us. I'm so thankful for their speedy response and I appreciate they're consideration for our safety.
Home team spends lots of time finding the right employees. During my service there was a knock on the door from the technician. We reviewed issues (bugs) and where seen. Then the technician did their normal maintenance and also spent time on what we discussed. Out of my normal contractors they always rise to the top. Their pricing is comparable to other companies. We look forward to keeping our relationship with home team for years to come. FYI, I don’t do many reviews. They are worth a good word!
