Excellent service, quick response time, as we just purchased this home. And they constantly communicated regarding the appointment and once the work was done. Been with them for tests and will continue. They are the best!
The actual service is great. The appointment process sucks majorly. They used to give an approximate time of arrival. Now, they just give a date. How incredibly rude that is; as though we have nothing else to do with our time except wait for the dude to show up. Do better.
We had our 1st treatment yesterday and Josh was great. He answered all our questions and was very efficient. We recommend Home Team Pest Defense.
Employees are nice, just wish they would provide a time frame when arriving. I miss it and not sure why they stopped. I have dogs and also my gate is locked so time frame is essential.
Technician arrived and sprayed the outside area and utilized the Taexx hub too. His work appeared to be quite efficient during the time of his efforts. Altogether I’d say it was a very productive treatment of our home.
