Tired of lousy service and having a vendor argue with me. I politely asked for the outdoor bait boxes to be removed. The tech came and on my invoice 'serviced rodent stations' which are still in my yard. I politely emailed and twice was told I was not billed for this (right on the invoice). Excellent service! Josh was professional, friendly, and thorough. He did a great job and kept me informed throughout the visit. I’m very happy with the service from HomeTeam Pest Defense and would definitely recommend them.
This was our first scheduled service with HomeTeam and Paul, our service technician, was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. So far HomeTeam has not disappointed us. We’re looking forward to having them perform the service in the future!
Allow me to first start with the length of service. I have used HomeTeam Pest Defense for over 4 years. I am currently deployed but they still service my home. Timely: Like clockwork, HomeTeam Pest Defense is always on time and efficient. Never a disruption to our home situation or our pets. HomeTeam Pest Defense was hired by my client to remediate a termite funnel in a bedroom. They ended up treating for that one funnel and putting 16 bait stations around the home for $1640.00. His home is listed to sell. I called them to get the WDIIR form required for VA, Conventional, and FHA loans. They proceeded to let me know that they do not provide this report and if we wanted/needed one that my client would need to hire another company that does provide them and pay for another inspection.
