Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. We repeatedly reported a major pest issue around the outside of our home, and every time they told us that it’s “not their responsibility” as long as nothing enters inside — even though the entire porch was covered with insects. When we asked to cancel the service because the problem was never addressed properly, they insisted on charging a cancellation fee, despite the fact that the service we were paying for was not delivered as promised.
