This company gave us an estimate for a new TRANE furnace that on an "apples to apples" basis was more than 42% HIGHER than two equal competitors. This is very odd and should not happen.We are seniors and it could be the sales-person thought we would not check or get a competing big. --I think this company changed management in the last few years and its reputation has declined dramatically from the prior management and ownership. My husband and I are continually getting ads from this business for an A/C tune up. I thought they would eventually stop sending their 'junk'mailings, but no. We have never owned an A/C! I called today and asked that our address be taken off their mailing list. Hopefully this will stop this junk mail!Given a NO star rating...but required to give at least one start to post!
