The stars are for the fella who cane out to check things after id run out of propane and this company felt it was ok to leave me that way for 3 hours . (In Feb of one of the coldest winters we have had) He was (and im sorry I didnt get his name)the first person of this company to show ANY concern or compassion. I have family who also rely on propane, I think these companies are pretty much the same. So its a matter of the least of the worst. When summer comes ill start looking .
We Love Hometown Energy! Our propane delivery driver is wonderful, great sense of humor. Hometown's pricing is competitive with most of the bigger "national" brands that deliver locally! If hometown's not your delivery service, then you have the wrong company!
My wife and I were out visiting my in-laws with temperatures in the mid-90s. Their central air was not working. My in-laws have used Hometowne Energy for years and always had good experiences. I witnessed their fast, efficient service when the technician, Christopher arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. Not only is Christopher qualified, but he is a very professional, nice individual to have in one's home. Great company and excellent service!
Woke up to 19 degree weather and no heat! As this is our first winter living here in Newark New York we didn’t know how much propane we’d use as on Long Island we had oil. Called at 9am and spoke to a very helpful and curious agent! By 10:30 our heat was up and running again. Definitely excellent service
Horrible company took my money haven’t had my delivery yet said they would be there Sunday almost Sunday evening and still no propane delivery would not recommend will be switching companies
