Did not see the technician applying what ever he did today. There is no explanation on the sign as to what was done, nor the date it was done, so if the sign is left on the lawn for a few days it explains nothing. I as the homeowner don’t know what service was done- was it fertilizer? Was it weed control? Was it seeding? I am not impressed.
I am genuinely disappointed with Home Turf in Guelph. I had been receiving service for them for over 7 years when due to rising cost of living in the past few years, I requested to cancel my service. I attempted this via their website and by phone but no one ever responded to me. They came in the spring to provide service but since they came at 7:30AM before I was up, I was not able to stop the application. I have in previous years always renewed early. Just received first treatment. The communication before the service is excellent. The person doing the spray was courteous. Can’t tell much about the effectiveness of the fertilizer and the weed control yet as it’s too soon. Will update the review in coming months as to how effective their fertilizer and weed control were as I have lot of weeds in the grass right now.
Zachary did not perform any service today. I was home and watched him pull out a hose, wind it back up and leave. I also have cameras that confirm no movement on my property. I am so disappointed in your service !!! I would like an explanation. In addition to this, when I called customer service, I was told he had performed the service and I should wait 72 hours to see the results. When I reiterated the service had not been done the man cut me off to say again, it had been done. I’m just shaking my head in utter disbelief!!!
Welp, here goes. I know this may seem lengthy but it's worth the read. As for the service part, although they did the wrong side of the house, I forgive them. Not the kids fault. Now for customer service, after being mislead with pricing, and told I got a fertilizer service rather than the weed service I requested, I cancelled.
