Very disappointed The technician claimed on his report that he couldn’t spray ‘one area’ because the fence was locked their is no evidence that he sprayed any of the other areas where there were no fences either. The company confirmed they had the lock code for the gate on file and it was in the notes for the property They have used the lock code previously. We have been loyal customers for probably close to 10 years now and our grass seems to be getting worse instead of better each year. Unfortunately I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone after many attempts at calling to try and rectify our situation, so I am left here to leave a review in the hopes that it might catch someone’s interest. my senior parents have used this company for many years, this past season they cancelled the service due to poor performance, but the company showed up anyways when no one was home, and then they called her for payment - she explained she cancelled the service and we thought everything was dealt with. months later she has been getting collection calls and a collection letter. i have stepped in to try to help m, but the company doesn’t return my phone calls or emails i will be reporting them to the better business bureau ... read more
Very nice guy greeted me kindly when I saw him out front. I did remind him no seed around my hot tub where there is no grass and as pics show…..seed where I don’t want grass growing was put around my hot tub 🫣 a spill on my walkway of seed although again not a big deal but a quick sweep would be courteous. Just an honest review.
Malachi reviewed the problem I was having with brown spots and agreed it was not chinch bugs or grubs but an overload of fertiliser which caused the brown spots in my lawn. He was careful, considerate and caring.
