Wanted to charge a 3% credit card fee for a $1200 CT scan. I asked if I could run to the bank and get cash, and they totally wouldn't work with me. I could have been back in 10 minutes. I finally agreed to pay the money, as I had no choice, and they decided they wouldn't do the CT scan. To be clear, I was not rude. They showed 0 concern for my dog and we left without getting necessary testing. Shame on them. It has become all about money, and it's obvious.
