I have been taking my dog Aspen to Homeward Bound vets since I've had her. I used to take my dog Bella to them before she passed. They helped tremendously with all of Bellas cremation details. Everyone that works there are so kind. You can definitely tell they love what they do and they care! I would not take my pets anywhere else!!!
Our experience with Homeward Bound Urgent Care was absolutely 5 star. From the service desk help, vet techs & actual veterinarians we were treated with compassion, understanding, patience & kindness. All necessary information was communicated clearly. Bayley (10yo pit bull) & I left there knowing we made the right choice in choosing this veterinary hospital. I highly recommend using them if you want to feel like you’re giving your pet the best healthcare available.
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’m visiting from out of town and had to bring my dog in. From the phone call to the first steps in all the way to my steps out the door everyone person I came in contact with were super polite and cheerful! I was there for a little over 3 hours and came in contact with 4-5 different nurses and doctors since they went through a shift change. Everyone was patient and calm with me and my dog. I can not recommend Homeward Bound enough. They have saved my Rosey when she had a large tumor. Yesterday due to traffic we were running a little late. The tech was able to give Luci her shots but not an exam. They had discovered that my sweet little (Big) girl has a heart murmur. The Dr and tech took the time to talk with us and answer all our questions.
Had to take my cat Luna in for emergency surgery and they were able to make room to see her immediately, all the staff is nice. The receptionist was amazing over the phone and in person. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend coming here for any care your pet may need. I drove over an hour just for them.
