My husband and I worked with Kyle and Timothy in replacing our roof. We had a great consultation with Kyle - He did a complete examination of our existing roof, gutters, and skylight. He even answered questions that weren't related to the roofing project. Timothy was our project manager. He was absolutrly wonderful! Although, the consultant that came to meet with us, and the installers were great. I feel like we were a bit mislead regarding the quality of the floors. We got the floors installed in 2024, we chose LPV, the highest quality they offer. The sales person demonstrated the durability, and said it was crack proof, water proof, and would last us many, many years. We have had them back out three times to fix issues, only for other areas to come up. Please think hard before using these guys, I feel very disappointed with the outc... read more
I used Homze to redo all of the carpeting in my house. It was super easy to get an online estimate of the price range, especially since I needed to do two sets of stairs and move fairly heavy pieces of furniture. But the true pleasure was when Gus came to take the actual measurements, walk us through the Homze process, and help us pick carpet samples. The experience with Homze from start to finish was excellent. The sales representative Tim Burch was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He outline the estimate in detail and explained each step. The communication from Sales Repr Tim B and Project Manager Timothy Akimenko outlined each step of the new Roofing and Gutter installation. Phillip from Homze was great to work with during the estimate process for painting and flooring. He was professional, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable, and it was easy to see that Homze has strong systems in place and the potential to be very on top of things. They tried to help find the wood flooring that could have worked with our current one, but we ended up changing that plan entirely.
