Recently we had quotes from 4 roofing companies serving our Port Orchard area. Two companies submited their quotes, never looked at our attic. The other just looked the roof over but the fourth one was very thorough, went into our attic, took pictures of all the problem issues, sat us down and explained everything that he observed.
