This was the best experience I have ever had! Zack took care of me and my wife in the service department, he was so helpful patient and kind, our mechanic we had was able to find the issue with my car where other dealers couldn’t. We did the 100k tune up on my 2018 Honda accord sport, and let me tell you it drives brand new ! Went in for my first free oil change, for my 2024 civic. I asked them to look at a pice of trim, that is coming off, while there. The waiting room was pretty full when I arrived and it emptied, refilled, emptied, and refilled again. 2 hrs and 45 minutes later, they said I was ready. I would rather pay for my oil change, than wait there, all that time. The waiting area was better than any other I’ve seen though. A charging station, for phones, which I needed. Every visit I have made (for regular maintenance needs) I have been impressed. They always do a great job and they are very thorough. Every service advisor and service tech that I’ve encountered have been exceptional. I have never walked away unsatisfied and uninformed. I can’t recommend them enough.
